ReplyDeleteI love Hoddeok! I grew up with this in Korea. It's so simple - just a few ingredients - but one of my favorite winter comfort desserts. If you make a lot of this at once but don't feel like eating them right away, they can be refrigerated and toasted later and still tastes delicious. Stuffed with cheese is also pretty good.
