Brooklynites Adam and Terri have built a wooden cabin inside their Bushwick loft (a former textile factory), and rent out the space as a "one-room bed and breakfast." Such a cool idea.

The couple have also constructed a "treehouse" inside the apartment, which is where they sleep. (You can rent that space, as well, if you're interested in having the entire loft to yourself.) More images from Airbnb:
